Getting Started

So — you’re ready to get started?

First, we want to make sure that we’re a good fit, so before you can spend any money with us, we need to set up a time to talk in depth. We prefer to meet with you 1-1 and face to face at our office — away from the distractions and demands of your business. If that’s not feasible because you are located far from our home office, we can have the conversation over the phone.

When we meet, we’re going to ask you a lot of questions. We want to make sure we deeply understand your business situation and the dynamics that led you to contact us. We’ll also answer any questions you have about us. Our objective is to make sure that this partnership will work well for both parties. If you or we have any unresolved questions, we’re not going to move forward. This requires transparency and trust on both of our parts to voice concerns and surface issues. Our conversations are strictly confidential.

We consider this initial conversation a success if we can engage in meaningful and productive conversation and reach resolution — even if the decision is NOT to do business together.

Should we decide to move forward, we’ll finalize the scope, review expectations, confirm payment schedule, timeline of work, and any other relevant details. Then, and only then, are we ready to get started!
